‘I’ve never been happier’: MasterChef judge Jock Zonfrillo announces the birth of his second child with wife Lauren and reveals her sweet name
Jock Zonfrillo has become a household name with his role as a judge on MasterChef.
And the Scottish chef delighted his Instagram fans on Sunday when he announced the birth of his second child, daughter Isla Generosa, with wife Lauren Zonfrillo.
The 44-year-old, who shares son Alfie, two, with Lauren, and two teenage daughters from previous marriages, posted a precious photo of himself with the newborn.

‘I haven’t been able to wipe the smile off my face for the last four weeks – our precious little Isla Generosa Zonfrillo, my fourth kiddo, came into our world,’ Jock began his post.
‘I couldn’t ask for more – a healthy baby, happy siblings, and a rockstar wife. The Zonfrillo Clan have never been happier.’
Jock went on to thank the ‘amazing’ midwives who cared for his wife and his newborn daughter during a difficult time with COVID-19 restrictions.

In the sweet black and white photo, Jock cradled Isla in his arms and gazed adoringly at her.
Isla was cute as a button in a onesie and a blanket wrapped around her, as she looked up at her famous father.

The Melbourne-based foodie is also not shy in posting sweet pictures with his teenage daughters from previous marriages, Ava, 19, and Sophia, 14.

Jock told Woman’s Day magazine in June that he cherishes fatherhood.
‘I always wanted to be a dad. It’s a way of life. I couldn’t imagine life without kids,’ he gushed.
Jock went on to say that he’s even envisioned becoming a grandfather.
‘I’m looking forward to having Ava and Sophia and their kids around the table for a bowl of pasta.’
