Celebrity trainer Luke Zocchi says Chris Hemsworth threatened to FIRE him if he appeared on The Bachelor
Celebrity personal trainer Luke Zocchi has revealed that he was offered a spot on The Bachelor.
However, the handsome PT was warned by his most famous client, Chris Hemsworth, that he’d be fired if he took the gig.
Appearing on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa, Luke said: ‘I actually said it as a joke and Chris said, “If you go on The Bachelor I will fire you!”‘

It appears that Chris was joking with his threat and didn’t actually mean it in any serious way.
Chris and Luke regularly collaborate together, with Luke working as a trainer on Chris’ fitness app, Centrfit.
The Hollywood actor and his trailer recently shared a video of themselves working out at a home gym using everyday items just as people search for ways to stay fit while gyms are shut.

‘If you have some dumbbells, fantastic. If not, get creative…this is the world’s greatest at home workout!’ Chris said in the video.
In addition to a set of dumbbells, the pair used two four litre bottles of Earth Choice laundry detergent, a basket full of washing and a stool to carry out the exercises – precisely the kinds of items people can use while stuck at home due to coronavirus restrictions.
The Australian actor and his PT designed the workout to motivate others to maintain their fitness while in quarantine.

The workout consisted of six rounds of six different exercises with six repetitions completed each time.
Chris used the laundry detergent to replace dumbbells for the burpee curl press set, then added the bottles into the full laundry basket to do ‘laundry’ squats.
‘This is the cleanest workout we’ve ever had, classic!’ Chris joked.
Luke also used a stool to demonstrate how to do tricep dips that target the back of the arms.

Chris is also now offering his fitness app Centrfit for free for the first six weeks to encourage people to exercise more often or maintain their fitness at home.
