Pregnant Kara Tointon shows off her baby bump in bright red swimsuit

She announced the happy news last month that she is expecting her second child.

And Kara Tointon had a relaxing morning on Thursday as she shared a look at her growing bump during a swim.

The actress, who is six months pregnant, looked gorgeous in a red swimsuit for her dip at The Savoy Hotel in London. 

Kara beamed in the stunning shot as she sat on the steps of the pool, flashing a glimpse of her bump in her red and white stripe swimsuit.

The actress was enjoying the last few hours of her plush stay at The Savoy, captioning her photo: ‘a little dip and sink before brunch. @thesavoylondon.’

The night before, Kara shared a snap of herself tucking into a Savoy-branded icecream before getting dressed up for a last night out before lockdown.

Kara was a guest at the star-studded Cabaret All Stars show at Proud Embankment, London, on Wednesday evening. 

The six months pregnant actress, 37, looked radiant as she displayed her blossoming baby bump in a pink shimmering gown with tasselled detailing and a thigh-high slit. 

Kara confirmed last month that she is six months pregnant with another baby boy, almost two years after she and partner Marius Jensen, a chiropractor, welcomed son Frey.  

‘I think this year has brought so many things in different ways,’ she told this week’s Hello! magazine.

‘At the beginning of the year I was due to start a play, and now I am at home in a little cocoon and pregnant.’ 

She said: ‘We really wanted a sibling for Frey. So we said: “If it happens, it happens, let’s go with the flow.” And it happened much quicker than we expected.’  

The actress had been due to star in a stage production of Steel Magnolias before COVID-19 restrictions prevented it going ahead.
