The 34-year-old café owner has long been the favourite to win Becky Miles’ heart, and a recent change to his daily routine strongly suggests he gets her final rose.
Photographers staking out his home and businesses in Adelaide have noticed that Pete has not been at any of his four cafés in weeks.

‘He is usually the first employee to arrive and would normally be the one who puts the umbrellas up and opens the doors,’ a source revealed.
In recent days, fellow staff members have been opening the café – and in another clue he’s out of town, his car hasn’t moved from his driveway in two weeks.
For context, Pete had returned Adelaide after filming wrapped on The Bachelorette in Sydney in early September.

Until about two weeks ago, he had been regularly going to and from work while managing his restaurant – but he hasn’t been spotted out and about lately.
A photo Daily Mail Australia has obtained of one of his cafés taken at a time Pete would usually be there all but confirms something is out of the ordinary.
His ‘disappearance’ has led some insiders to suspect he was secretly whisked off to Sydney ahead of the season finale, which airs on Thursday.
If Becky did indeed pick Pete as her winner, then they will both be contractually obliged to do press together the next day.

Since the first season of The Bachelor in 2013, the post-finale press blitz has always started in Sydney.
With this in mind, it’s possible Channel 10 decided to fly Pete to Sydney a couple of weeks early in order to throw paparazzi off the scent.
Whether Pete and Becky are still an item remains to be seen, however, with rumours swirling the pair quietly split just days after filming the final rose ceremony.
The Bachelorette finale airs Wednesday and Thursday at 7.30 on Channel 10
