Kourtney Kardashian serves retro vibes as a Hot Dog On A Stick salesgirl with friend Stephanie Shepherd for Kendall Jenner’s Halloween birthday
Inspiration comes from the strangest of places, and for Kourtney Kardashian this Halloween, it struck at a nostalgic California hot dog stand.
The eldest Kardashian daughter dressed up as a Hot Dog On A Stick salesgirl to attend her younger half-sister Kendall Jenner‘s 25th birthday party on Saturday night, and posted pictures of the look two days later to her Instagram.
Kourtney, 41, donned a multicolored striped polo and dark shorts for the retro look, accompanied by her friend and sister Kim Kardashian‘s former assistant Stephanie Shepherd Suganami.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had on a hat in the distinctive striped pattern of the Hot Dog On A Stick brand, and she donned a winged blond 70s-style wig underneath that made her look just like Kim.
Kourtney and Stephanie also wore white knee-high socks along with red Mary Jane heels.
The reality superstar and her gal pal had on white fanny packs as part of their disguises, and the Poosh founder looked to be holding a tube of mustard to fully sell the look.

Accompanying them in a hot dog costume was Kardashian buddy Harry Hudson, along with other pals who rounded out the bunch.
On her Instagram Stories, Kourtney also shared another major point of inspiration for the retro costume look – Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu, who at one point disguise themselves as Hot Dog on a Stick girls during a sequence in their Charlie’s Angels films.
And on her IG Stories on Saturday, Kourtney teased her costume by posting several nostalgic shots of Hot Dog On A Stick stands, which have been around Southern California since 1946.

Other images showed soda cups in the same striped patterns as Kourt’s getup, next to a spread of fries.
She even included a simple yet classic image of ketchup and mustard tubes used at hot dog stands for decades.

Kendall’s costume bash, meanwhile, was the party of the night, with a guest list that (naturally) included younger sister Kylie Jenner along with several other famous famous.
Two of those were Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith, who were seen on Kylie’s Instagram Stories having a close tete-a-tete off to one side at a table.
Birthday girl Kendall wowed the crowds in her Halloween costume, which was a direct knockoff of pulp comic book character Barb Wire made famous by the Pamela Anderson movie from 1996.
