Selma Blair’s boyfriend surprises her with flowers in LA

Selma Blair and her boyfriend Ron Carlson looked happy in love as they sweetly embraced outside a Bristol Farms in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The happy couple, who reignited their romance at the start of 2020, made running errands look like fun with their arms lovingly wrapped around each other. 

Looking every inch the doting boyfriend, the 51-year-old movie producer surprised Blair, 48, with a massive bouquet of flowers, which included white roses and lilies. 

For their grocery run on Halloween, the Cruel Intentions actress wore a dog print face mask, a white long sleeve and a pair of cuffed light-wash jeans.  

Adding a touch of glamour to her otherwise laid-back outfit, the star toted around a quilted leather Chanel handbag with a silver chain and appeared in high spirits. 

Meanwhile, her man also cut a casual figure in double denim, a navy baseball cap and sneakers.   

Blair and Carlson began dating after her split with her British boyfriend David Lyons. 

‘People come into our lives. And sometimes they go. Or you go. And you go on. And you try to put the pieces together in your mind to make sense of it,’ wrote on Instagram around the time began seeing her current flame.

She continued: ‘And sometimes, when you are ready, you may find that person again. Unexpectedly, loving them in ways you couldn’t before. I have had really good people in my life.’

Last month, the Brown’s Requiem star announced that her multiple sclerosis is ‘in remission’ and she is ‘improving’ under one of her recent Instagram posts. 

She first announced her MS diagnosis in 2018, and has documented her battle with the unpredictable disease, which creates difficulties with speaking and moving. 

The performer shares a nine-year-old son, Arthur Saint Bleick, with her fashion designer ex Jason Bleick, whom she broke up with in 2012.
