Harry begins the conversation saying: ‘It was really weird seeing you the other day after not seeing you for ages’, to which Frankie replies: ‘That week apart was horrible, I don’t think I could do longer than that H.’

She continues: ‘I feel like you’re so frightened of me hurting you.’

Harry then says: ‘Like trust has always been my issue, I always struggle to put 100% into someone and give them the remote control to my emotions, that’s always sort of let me down and I do always think the worst, I shouldn’t, I don’t know why I do it.’

Frankie responds asking: ‘So what can we do moving forward to change things and make them better’ to which Harry says: ‘Well it ain’t just me that’s got to work on things.

‘I can’t remember the last time you jumped on me and made me feel special, the only person I get affection from in my life is you, so when I don’t get it I realise I don’t get it.’

On Wednesday’s episode Frankie asked her family for relationship advice before her reported break-up.

Talking to sisters Chloe and Demi, as well as their grandma, out at lunch, Frankie admitted she has been ‘bickering’ and ‘arguing’ with Harry, 25.

The reality star said: ‘We just keep bickering and arguing recently, we genuinely do love each other and do have good times together, but his insecurities are one of the main reasons why we argue.’

Frankie went on to admit that they haven’t spoke in days, she continued: ‘We said we were just going to have a night off from talking, but it’s been like days later and we haven’t reached out to each other.’

Luckily big sister Chloe, 37, who has recently had her own romance drama with Pete Wicks and Dan Edgar, was on hand to give her younger sibling some advice as she encourages her to get in touch with Harry.

She said: ‘Maybe learn from my mistakes and reach out to him and just have the conversation with him.

‘Because as the days past, paranoia builds up on both sides and you end up in an even bigger problem then what you started with.’

Complaining about her romance woes, Frankie moans: ‘I just want him to believe that I love him!’

To which the siblings’ grandmother wisely noted: ‘Love never runs smoothly,’ with Frankie replying: ‘I know!’

Yet it looks as though the relationship advice was made redundant as it was claimed earlier this month that Frankie and Harry had split over a furious argument about his ex-girlfriend Chloe Brockett.

According to The Sun, the pair have gone their separate ways and have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The couple’s explosive row is said to have been caught on camera and TOWIE fans will get to see the drama on an upcoming episode.

A source told the publication: ‘It’s all over and it was filmed. They’ve split and unfollowed each other on Instagram.’

Tensions have been rising between Frankie and Harry in recent weeks with their romance drama a focal point of the new series.
