The 22-month-old toddler who died after a ‘drugged driver’ crashed into her pushchair has been pictured for the first time.
Xixi had been out with her family when the vehicle careered into her on Eastcote Road’s junction with Kings College Road, in Ruislip, at 4.15pm on October 25.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the child was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her mother, who today paid tribute to her ‘angel’ daughter, described how her husband had been pushing the pram when the vehicle headed straight towards them on the pavement.

Speaking to The Evening Standard she said: ‘My husband was pushing the pram it came at us head on we didn’t stand a chance.’
‘She had the most beautiful smile, and her eyes were always full of love and laughter.
‘She was our angel, our everything and there isn’t a moment that we could stop thinking about her.’
The 31-year-old mother suffered a leg injury and the father, who is in his 30s, was taken to hospital in a critical condition. He has now been discharged.
A man in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, suspicion of causing serious injury while driving, and on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs. He was later released on bail.
Following the collision, one witness, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Sun Online: ‘They were both just crying out for the baby at the time.
‘The mum was ‘barely comprehensible’ but screamed repeatedly: ”Where’s my baby?”

Officers from the Metropolitan Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with CCTV footage to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Sarah Donegan said: ‘Our thoughts are with the child’s parents at what must be an unimaginably difficult time.
‘We have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances of what happened and I am asking anyone who was in the vicinity at that time who may have seen something, or has dashcam footage or CCTV, to come forward and help us with our investigation.’
