Footy WAG Rebecca Judd was ruthlessly attacked by left-wing trolls on Wednesday night following her surprise appearance as a guest expert on The Block.
Despite only making a brief cameo as a ‘secret judge’, the mother of four, 37, was skewered by ‘woke’ Twitter because of her perceived conservative beliefs and opposition to Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews’ stage-four lockdown.
But the attempt to ‘cancel’ Rebecca backfired when her supporters blasted the ‘awful’ commentary about her online, and accused her critics of simply being jealous.
The drama comes after a similar campaign to ‘cancel’ Hollywood actor Chris Pratt for his Christian and supposedly right-wing values made headlines earlier this month.

One troll wrote: ‘Bec Judd: I really like this apartment. It’s exactly the type of place I could use to undermine public health advice and parrot Murdoch propaganda.’
When a fan asked specifically what their problem with the Postcards presenter was, the troll rudely replied: ‘Rebecca Judd exists.’
‘That’s a pretty awful thing to say to say [about] an individual that their problem is their own existence,’ the supporter responded.

In response to this, one of Bec’s fans summed up the backlash perfectly: ‘Yes. Just the politics of envy anyway. Twitter seems to bring out all the basest emotions.’
Another blasted the TV star’s critics as the ‘brainwashed loony left’.
Rebecca, who is the wife of AFL great Chris Judd, often attracts criticism on Twitter because people assume – rightly or wrongly – that she is a conservative.
While she has occasionally expressed political opinions on social media and her KIIS FM radio show, she has never stated she supports one party over the other.
Furthermore, her criticism of Premier Andrews’ stage-four lockdown isn’t unusual – as many Melburnians felt the restrictions, which were recently lifted, were far too harsh.
