Hayden Panettiere seen in Beverly Hills after voting early

Hayden Panettiere looked healthy and happy as she dropped off her ballot in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Spotted in Beverly Hills, the 31-year-old actress flashed a peace sign as she left a spa showing off her radiant complexion underneath a mask.

The same day the pretty Nashville alum made sure to drop off her ballot for the presidential election and documented the moment on Instagram.

Hayden looked great in a graphic print black T-shirt and dark skinny jeans along with a pair of chucks.

She toted a cross-body bag and took precautions against COVID-19 in a leopard print face mask.

Sharing a cute selfie to Instagram earlier in the day, Hayden revealed she’s already voted ahead of the presidential election on November 3. 

‘I voted, did you?? I hope everyone gets out there and makes sure they’re heard!’ she captioned the snap which featured a freckles filter.

It seems like Hayden is finally putting the past behind her as she moves on from an allegedly abusive relationship with ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson. 

She spoke out about the relationship with Hickerson in July, writing in a statement on Instagram that she was ‘coming forward with the truth about what happened to me with the hope that my story will empower others in abusive relationships to get the help they need and deserve.

‘I am prepared to do my part to make sure this man never hurts anyone again. I’m grateful for my support system, which helped me find the courage to regain my voice and my life.’ she wrote.

It emerged in August that Hickerson ‘threatened to release videos of’ the actress that would humiliate her after he was arrested earlier this year accused of domestic violence toward the actress.

Hickerson, 31, ‘had direct communication with’ the actress in the wake of his legal troubles, a source told Us Weekly, during which time he ‘threatened to release certain information if she didn’t drop the charges.’

Hickerson ‘specifically threatened to release videos of’ Panettiere, who played Juliette Barnes on the CMT series, Nashville, the source said.

Hayden’s ex was involved in a pretrial conference in the case on August 17, about six months after he was arrested February 14 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in connection with domestic battery and interfering with a police officer after allegedly hitting the actress.

Hickerson struck Panettiere ‘with a closed fist on the right side of her face’, according to a police report.

The actor – who was also arrested in May of 2019 in connection with domestic violence in an incident with Panettiere – has been accused of witness intimidation in the ongoing case, as a warrant for his felony arrest was issued across the country in August. In July he was charged with eight more counts in the case.

Court docs in the case report that South Carolina native, who has a background in real estate and acting, had tried to contact the Golden Globe-nominated TV star in March and escalated to ‘much more directed and threatening in manner toward the end of June.’

Panettiere was engaged to Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko for five years until their 2018 split. They share daughter Kaya, five.
