Vanessa Hudgens advocates for voting as Charlotte McKinney and Allison Janney cast their ballots

Vanessa Hudgens recently returned to the set of her new movie Tick, Tick… Boom!, after production was halted by COVID-19.

And the former Disney Channel star is using her platform for a good cause, as she gets back to work.

She advocated for voting Monday, as she held up signs with Seth Phillips (the guy behind the Instagram @dudewithsign), from the set of the Lin-Manuel Miranda-helmed movie musical in New York City.

The 31-year-old cut a chic look in head-to-toe black, as she held up a cardboard sign with black marker that read: ‘Nothing is spookier than not voting.’

She took precautions against COVID-19 in a white face mask, as well as a see-through face shield hanging from her neck.

Hudgens stood at the base of a stoop with the sign above her head, as Phillips social-distanced from the other side of the steps.

‘Lets get spooky,’ his sign read, as she held up another piece of cardboard, reading: ‘But not until you vote.’

She served an athleisure chic look in a taupe spaghetti-strap one-piece, with a white shirt wrapped around her waist and a pair of black and white trainers.

The Baywatch actress finished the look with a pair of thin black oval sunglasses, a matching leather handbag and a black face mask, featuring her ‘I VOTED’ sticker.
