Millie Mackintosh shares a glimpse at her busy morning in a series of chic looks

She welcomed her first child, daughter Sienna earlier this year.

And Millie Mackintosh has given her fans a glimpse at a busy morning away from her little girl as she settles back into work and routine.

Posting a video on Instagram on Tuesday, the former Made In Chelsea star showed off a series of chic ensembles as she dashed around London running errands and shopping.

Looking fab: Millie Mackintosh has given her fans a glimpse at a busy morning away from her little girl as she settles back into work and routine

First on the agenda was a trip to the local bakery to pick up a coffee and crossiant, which Millie ate outside while dressed in a fab tan jumpsuit and chunky boots.

A quick change, and the star was in a smart blazer and high-waisted jeans teamed with a white shirt as she shopped for pretty flowers.

Millie wrote in the caption of the video that the new season has motivated her to ‘actually get dressed’ each day and not reach for her pjs.

‘Easing our way back to ‘normal’ and everyday routines is one thing. Finding the motivation not just to reach for my gym gear or pjs has been a little harder!’ she said.

‘Luckily these beautiful Autumnal months have rejuvenated my enthusiasm to actually get dressed and dive into some chic transitional looks. Whether it be running errands or lunch meetings with my ‘selected bubble’ I’m feeling all inspired by @bashparis for easy to throw-on looks and gorgeous separates great for layering!’

‘Here’s to lots of cold sunny days with parks and roads filled with golden leaves.’

Millie gave birth to her first child, Sienna, with fellow Made in Chelsea alum Hugo Taylor, 34, back in May.

And on Saturday, the 31-year-old reflected on her relationship to her body post-pregnancy, in a beautifully written ‘love letter’ that was candid about her body confidence issues.

The reality star described ‘damaging’ her strawberry blonde hair to such a degree that it took ‘ten years’ to get it back to its original colour.

While she also admitted to planning a boob job and even ‘abusing’ her stomach in her younger years.

Of her skin, she wrote: ‘Starting in my early teens, and reappearing recently as adult acne, my breakouts have the power to reduce me to tears and destroy my body confidence.’

Of her boobs, Millie penned: ‘I stuffed my bras with cotton wool and often wore two for maximum effect.

‘I always felt you were a bit small and I planned to do something about you at some point.

‘Then, when I was pregnant you amazed me by doubling in size and then a lot more after Sienna was born and my milk came in.

‘You fed my baby for the first four months of her life and for that I will always be grateful. Now you’ve deflated and after being so stretched, you look a little sad and saggy.

‘How I miss you being being perfect and perky. How did I not see it? I wish I appreciated you more before.’

She added about her stomach:  ‘You are where I gain weight most easily and the hardest place to lose it.

‘Now that you’ve grown and carried my daughter in you, I have a new found respect for you.

‘I admit I find it hard sometimes to love your new softness and jiggle that is inevitable after having a baby, but I feel more connected to you as you grew a life inside you, so it’s ok if you never look the same, you have a story to tell now.’

She said that she has ‘always thought’ her bum was one of her best features, but says she would prefer if it were ‘without scars’ and wasn’t ‘dimpled with cellulite’.

Millie wrote that she used to hate her legs as she was bullied at school with the moniker ‘sparrow legs’ – but now she deems them to be her ‘favourite’ feature.

She elegantly concluded: ‘Our bodies are rooting for us all the time, constantly working to keep us alive, strong and thriving.

‘Even if the mind decides it doesn’t love what it sees in the mirror, the body will always love us back again.’

Pregnancy, she added, had led her to have a ‘new found respect’ for her body.
