‘He’s such a flog!’ Viewers take aim at ‘villain’ Firass Dirani after he attracts the ire of former Biggest Loser trainer Shannan Ponton on SAS Australia

Firass Dirani has been brutally blasted by viewers over his behaviour on Monday night’s episode of SAS Australia.

At the beginning of a gruelling challenge, the 36-year-old House Husbands star pushed the buttons of former Biggest Loser trainer, Shannan Ponton.

Having whinged that he was called out into the freezing cold at 10.29pm, Shannon told Firass, 36, to ‘seriously shut the f**k up!’

Pointing out that they’re all in the same boat, Shannan, 46, added: ‘Everyone’s the same mate’.

Viewers of the show were quick to take aim at Firass, who they appeared to see as the aggressor in the situation.

‘Love how everyone is calling out Firass. Such a TOOL!’ one viewer wrote.

Yet another voiced their annoyance at the TV star: ‘Firass at it again! What a flog!’

Later in the episode, Chief Instructor Ant Middleton explained the importance of always having a full water bottle.

‘When you’re in operations, you don’t know how long that mission is going to last. So every mouthful counts,’ he said.

After Firass said his bottle was only ’97 per cent full’, Ant made him pour the entire bottle over his head in the freezing cold to teach him a lesson.

‘The irony that Firass got told off last week for wasting drinking water,’ tweeted one concerned viewer.

Firass has certainly become one of the most controversial stars on the series.

On Tuesday, he slammed Channel Seven in an Instagram video with fans – where he claimed the network is giving him a ‘villain’ edit on SAS Australia.

‘I knew it. I knew they were going to make me into the villain!’ he said in front of his 62,700 followers.

‘There has to be a villain ladies and gentlemen. There HAS to be a villain. And, low and behold – right here, this is it,’ he continued, pointing at himself.

He also shared a photo of a moment that was ‘left on the cutting room floor’, which he claims proves he wasn’t the lazy and selfish character portrayed on the show.
