Rick Ross has spent $1 million for 87 acres by his mansion in Fayetteville, Georgia.

The 44-year-old rapper and music exec brought property adjacent to the mansion he owns in the southern city, according to TMZ, which rests about 20 miles from Atlanta. There are two houses on the premises.

The Clarksdale, Mississippi native made the real estate transaction through Metro West Realty’s Mitt Conerly, according to the outlet.

The music professional, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, has owned the nearby mansion for six years, buying it in 2014 for $5.8 million after its former owner, boxing legend Evander Holyfield, was foreclosed upon.

The 54,000 sq. ft home, which included 109 rooms with 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, has a pool that needs 350,000 gallons of water to completely fill it, according to Zillow.

A dining room at the home can welcome up to 100 guests, while an in-home theater can accompany up to 135 people, according to Realtor.com.

Other amenities include a tennis court, a handball court, a bowling alley and a softball field.

Holyfield sold the property to a bank in 2012 for $7.5 million, and Ross submitted the largest bid on it in the sale.

According to the outlet the overhead on the massive home includes $17,000 in estimated monthly electricity expenses, and about $1 million for upkeep costs.

The house was used in the 2018 movie Superfly; the film’s production designer Graham ‘Grace’ Walker, opened up on its opulence in to Architectural Digest that year.
