‘The plot thickens!’ Bachelorette host Osher Günsberg questions why Adrian Baena appears to be drinking alcohol in a hot tub with Becky Miles… moments after pulling out of a group date because he was ‘on antibiotics’
He was ruled out of getting involved in a Bachelorette group date on Thursday, on account of him being ‘on antibiotics’.
But even host Osher Günsberg was left scratching his head when Adrian Baena appeared to be sipping on Champagne in a hot tub with Becky Miles – something you’re supposed to avoid should you be taking medication.
The eagle-eyed host took to Twitter to share his dismay at the cheeky tipple, writing: ‘Hang on. He’s on Antibiotics, AND HE’S DRINKING? Hmmm. The plot thickens.’

In the episode, Adrian couldn’t take part in the high-energy assault course with the rest of the suitors – and instead was asked to be a referee, to keep the rest of the boys in line.
‘The girls picked me to be the referee because I’m on antibiotics and the doctor wouldn’t clear me,’ he said. ‘So, unfortunately, I can’t do the race today.’
Like Osher, many were left confused with his revelation – with one fan writing: ‘If I was invited on this date I would also conveniently be on antibiotics and unable to participate.’

‘Why’s this dude on antibiotics? he ok? he gonna get a haircut now?’ another wrote, while a third added: ‘Can someone please tell me which antibiotics exactly Adrian is on because I’d be happily ruled out of sport forever.’
Despite playing dirty so Team Becky could win, Adrian was eventually chosen for a one-on-one date with Becky in a hot tub.
After a couple of glasses of what appeared to be Champagne, the two became very intimate very quickly – and began smooching for a long time in the steamy setting.

Following their raunchy date, Becky explained she was warming up to the kitesurfing instructor.
‘I think Adrian’s starting to take this seriously,’ she began.
‘He’s opening up and he’s talking future, and tonight, he’s really surprised me. I’ve really enjoyed our time together,’ she added.
