The shocking moment cricketer David Warner FARTS into a microphone during an interview for the Indian Premier League

Australian cricketer David Warner is known for his cheeky sense of humour on TikTok, where he often dresses up as Bollywood heroes.

And just days before his 34th birthday, the sportsman had a laugh while being interviewed during the Indian Premier League in the United Arab Emirates.

He caused a stir by farting loudly into a microphone during an interview, which went viral after being shared by comedy Instagram account Kick On Cameron.

As a sports journalist asked a question about the IPL, David had other ideas.

He put the microphone to his behind, and passed wind before waiting for a reaction.

The trio of men burst out laughing, then David pointed to the cameraman, who also chuckle at his outrageous antics.

David appeared to topple over while laughing as he momentarily lost concentration.

The father of three is currently playing in Indian Premier League, which is taking place in the United Arab Emirates.

It’s not the first time the fearless cricketer has showed off his softer side.

David proved himself to be committed family man last month as he gushed over his wife, Candice Warner, on Instagram.

He shared a throwback photo from their wedding and said he was ‘lucky’ to have the 35-year-old former Ironwoman as his wife.

‘When time flies, you sometimes forget to reflect on how lucky we are, especially when you look back at memories,’ he wrote.

David explained that ‘six years and three children later’ he still likes to reminisce about all the reasons why he married his ‘soulmate and best friend’.

And while he acknowledged the couple had experienced their fair share of ‘ups and downs’ of the years, he saw he’d always be ‘grateful’ to have Candice by his side.

It has been a difficult few years for the Warners, who welcomed their third child, Isla Rose, in July, after Candice suffered two miscarriages in 15 months.

David also found himself at the centre of the Cricket Australia ball-tampering scandal in Cape Town in March 2018.

David, former Australian captain Steve Smith and player Cameron Bancroft were slapped with bans for conspiring to cheat against South Africa by rubbing the ball with sandpaper.

The Warners were married in 2015 at Terrara House Estate winery, on the southern coast of New South Wales.
