The Apprentice star Ryan-Mark Parsons has revealed his impressive three-stone weight loss after being trolled for his size on the show.

The businessman, 20, who became a viral sensation after tucking into his McDonalds with a knife and fork, overhauled his diet after noticing his ‘hideous double-chin’ on-screen, and has managed to slim down in 12 weeks.

Ryan-Mark appeared on last year’s series of The Apprentice before being the eighth contestant to be fired by Lord Alan Sugar.

Ryan-Mark told The Sun that he cut out rice, pasta and bread and his beloved McDonalds as part of his dietary overhaul, after being appalled by his appearance on-screen.

He said: ”The double-chin whilst screaming on the rollercoaster during one of the episodes—simply hideous.

‘However, when I saw tweets about my weight and even looking at my figure on TV, I thought I really have to make a change.

‘I would say the trolls inspired me as opposed to forced me to lose weight.’

He added that he decided to speak out about his weight loss in the hope that it will inspire others to do the same.

Before appearing on The Apprentice, the budding business mogul had been working in Harrods selling women’s lingerie, but has now landed jobs in TV and as a newspaper columnist.

Ryan-Mark also revealed that he’s been on the lookout for love, and would love to take part in Celebs Go Dating after seeing several stars on the exclusive dating app Raya.

Recently he admitted that the cancellation of this year’s series of The Apprentice has been ‘a blessing in disguise’ as it’s allowed him and other former contestants to stay in the spotlight.

He told Entertainment Daily: ‘I’m really friendly with Thomas Skinner, we speak all the time, which I never thought would happen.

‘But I was telling him that yes, it’s kind of a blessing in disguise because we are sort of in the spotlight in a way, where there’s not another 16 candidates coming on to the screens again.’
