She completed her look with a few rings and a killer pair of leopard print heels – perfect for the celebratory occasion.

Kate’s makeup was natural but complementary and glamorous, and her hair was styled in loose curls.

Her appearance at the premiere follows telling 2GB‘s Jim Wilson she felt ‘very grateful to be here’.

‘Honestly, I feel very lucky,’ she confessed on Tuesday.

‘We are hopefully bringing a streaming series here in 2021 that’s what I am hoping, with Mark Williams who wrote and directed Honest Thief.’

Her appearance also follows attending a film screening of Dirt Music in August, and revealing she has zero plans to return to New York, despite being able to fly back.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph about her new love affair with Australia in August, the actress explained: ‘I didn’t really want to go back to New York in the middle of a pandemic when it was pretty gnarly to say the least.

‘I couldn’t go home initially, and now that I can, I don’t really fancy going back. When I have my own mother saying don’t come home, my 86-year-old mum… we are in a very challenging time!’
