Speaking to her fans she said: ‘Hi guys so today is the day 1 of getting back into shape, I’ve got to be honest the second time round I found it very hard, obviously having two kids to get fit.

‘But I have been introduced to one of the best trainers out there Rob, so basically I need to get really fit.’

Trainer rob then interjected to say: ‘So the plan is we are going to be doing three full body workouts a week with weights and cardio workouts too, we are going to address her nutrition.’

Goals: Speaking to her fans on Monday she said: ‘Hi guys so today is the day 1 of getting back into shape’ (pictured filming TOWIE last week)

Amy returned to this series of TOWIE after taking a break from reality TV to have her two children Polly, three, and Ritchie Jr, two.

She has since delighted fans with her hilarious appearances alongside her daughter who has taken to using the phrase ‘bye hun!’

Last month Amy revealed she ‘lost herself’ for a couple of years, but has finally started to feel like herself again.

The reality star spoke candidly with new! Magazine and admitted she ‘forgot who she was’ after her children were born, but got her ‘mojo back’ after returning to TOWIE.

Of her struggle at the time, she explained: ‘I feel like I’ve got my life back! I’ve got my mojo back. A couple of years ago after having the two children I felt like I lost myself a bit.’

Amy added that even her family and friends had told her she was ‘not the fun Amy’ they knew as she struggled with her mental health.

‘I was a little bit down from the break-ups. I forgot who I was. Having two kids is hard work and there’s just 15 months between Polly and Ritchie.

‘Being a mum is the most rewarding job in the world, but you lose yourself and it becomes all about them.  I don’t know if I had depression, but I felt very low at times.’

Amy added that she is very happy with her current beau Tim, who she said has a ‘lovely’ relationship with her two children.

The reality star explained that her boyfriend is proud of her achievements and also ‘loves [her] so much’, which has made her believe he is The One, though she claimed she would want to move homes with him before considering getting engaged.

She shares daughter Polly with her builder ex Bradley Wright, and son Ritchie Jr with businessman ex Ritchie.
