Schapelle Corby looks almost unrecognisable as she unveils glamorous reality star transformation

Schapelle Corby is hot on the promotions trail ahead of her appearance on Seven’s military-style reality show SAS Australia. 

But viewers barely recognised the convicted drug smuggler, 43, on Monday as she did the rounds on breakfast television.   

The 43-year-old looked worlds away from her days locked up in Bali’s most notorious jail as unveiled a very glamorous new look during her interview with Sunrise.  

Looking every inch the budding reality TV glamazon, Schapelle sported a full face of makeup including dewy pink blush, rose-coloured lipstick and false lashes. 

Her eyebrows appeared noticeably fluffier than they once were in the early 2000s, while her hair was more voluminous thanks to a set of perfectly-curled extensions. 

Schapelle, who has previously denied rumours of cosmetic work such as Botox and fillers, showed off her age-defying complexion, miraculously smooth forehead and plump lips. 

The former drug mule also appeared on Channel Seven’s The Morning Show on Monday, wearing a striking red frock that showed a glimpse of cleavage.  

Footage from her interview shows the sheer length of Schapelle’s glamorous hair extensions, which tumble well beneath her shoulders.  

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth has previously told Daily Mail Australia that he believes the former drug mule may have invested in some ‘non-invasive work’ to achieve her youthful looks.

‘It is not hard to imagine that a stint in an Indonesian prison would be a less than welcome holiday, so it is understandable that anyone would want a fresh start after that,’ he said. ‘It seems as if Ms Corby is no exception to that rule,’ he said in June 2018.

Dr. Haworth added that he is of the opinion Schapelle has ‘undergone subtle facial rejuvenation’.

‘I don’t believe she underwent any plastic surgery per se,’ he claimed. ‘But she most likely had non-invasive work to achieve her current look.’

‘The most obvious changes are to her lips and cheeks,’ Dr. Haworth observed, adding that he believes ‘both have been well augmented, most likely with injectable fillers such as Juvéderm or equivalent.’

After studying before-and-after photos of Schapelle, the surgeon claimed he had a ‘sneaking suspicion’ that she may have had ‘muscle paralysing injections such as Botox to smooth out the lines and wrinkles around her eyes’.

‘With the additional aid of Snapchat filters, her appearance is certainly one for the better,’ he concluded.

Earlier in 2018 year, Schapelle denied having Botox injections or fillers.

She told Woman’s Day in March: ‘No fillers, no Botox. I just use Snapchat and Instagram filters! I look at a photo of me and think, “Gee, that’s ugly,” and then I put a filter on it and think, “Actually, it’s pretty good!”

‘I do get a lot of people commenting saying things like, “Oh, you’ve had Botox,” and I say to myself, “Oh, shut up. You’re young, you know how it works, you know that’s just all the good filters!”

‘I don’t think young people should get Botox or fillers.’
