Matty ‘J’ Johnson enjoys a tantrum-free dinner with daughter Marlie-Mae after revealing he’s expecting a second child with fiancée Laura Byrne
Bachelor couple Matthew ‘Matty J’ Johnson and Laura Byrne recently surprised fans by announcing they’re expecting their second child.
And while they are eagerly anticipating the new bub, Matty J enjoyed some one-on-one bonding time with daughter Marlie-Mae at dinner.
Posting to Instagram on Tuesday, the 33-year-old explained that the adorable tot didn’t ‘throw a single tantrum’ during the entire outing.

‘How lovely is it when you take your child to dinner and they behave the whole time and don’t even throw a single tantrum,’ he captioned the picture.
In the image, Matty J was beaming as he held a smiling Marlie-Mae in his arms at the restaurant.
The media personality looked casual-chic in a black and white Hawaiian shirt, while his daughter looked sweet in an apricot top.

Matty and Laura announced they were expecting their second child together last month, after managing to keep the pregnancy under wraps for some time.
The family, who were in Byron Bay for the beach photo, beamed brightly for the picture as Laura revealed her baby bump.
She wrote in the caption: ‘I reckon we’ve kept this little beach ball under wraps for long enough….. Half way to number 2.

Matty and Laura met and fell in love on The Bachelor three years ago. In April last year, the loved-up couple got engaged while on holiday in Fiji.
They welcomed daughter Marlie-Mae in June 2019.
