Kim Kardashian complains of insomnia after Kanye West shares first presidential campaign video

Kim Kardashian stayed up late on Monday evening to study the law with a focus on defamation.

The 39-year-old reality TV star, whose father Robert was a lawyer, is studying the law with several California professors to prepare for the bar.

This comes after it was revealed her husband Kanye West plans to create ‘God Save America’ clothing; the rapper filed for the trademark last week.

The Bound 2 singer has filed a patent to have the slogan – thought to be part of his Presidential campaign – adorned on t-shirts, jumpers and hoodies, similar to Donald Trump’s ‘Make America Great Again’ slogan, TMZ reported.

Kim seems to be doing her own thing. She said on her Instagram Stories on Monday that she was working hard while flashing images of her law studies.

But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star still got up at 6 am for her workout with one of her sisters as she shared images of her feet in Yeezy sneakers.

On Tuesday she shared a flashback image with Kanye in Japan as she was cleaning out her phone.

Kanye is taking his bid for the White House seriously. On Monday West shared first presidential campaign video where he asked voters to write his name in on the ballet come November.

The clip showed him speaking as he read from a teleprompter; he talked about how faith and prayer were important for the country.

Kanye promised to ‘build a stronger country’ in his first campaign advertisement, which shows him standing in front of a black and white American flag as he discusses his desire to ‘revive’ America’s ‘commitment to faith’.

He says in the clip: ‘To live up to our dream, we must have vision. We as a people will revive our nation’s commitment to faith, to what our constitution calls the free exercise of religion, including, of course, prayer. Through prayer, faith can be restored.

‘We as a people are called to a greater purpose than ourselves. We are not only a beacon to the world, but we should be servants to each other. To encourage each other, to help each other, lift up each other.

‘We have to act on faith, with assured knowledge that we are pursuing the right goals and doing the right things. We will build a stronger country by building stronger families.

‘Families are the building blocks of society, of a nation. By turning to faith, we will be the kind of nation and the kind of people God intends us to be.’

Meanwhile, Kanye previously said that part of his goal in running for President of the United States is to bring a ‘culture of family’ to the country.

Meanwhile, Kim has been doing some good; she has donated $1 million to the Armenia Fund.

The star – who has Armenian ancestry – has announced via Instagram that she’ll donate the money to the fund, which is providing food, shelter, and medical care to people amid the country’s conflict with Azerbaijan.

Kim – whose late father, Robert Kardashian, was of Armenian descent – said: ‘In Support of Armenia and Artsakh I’m so honored to be part of today’s global effort to support the @armeniafund.

‘I’ve been speaking out about the current situation in Armenia and Artsakh and having conversations with so many others to bring further awareness to the crisis that we cannot allow to advance.

‘My thoughts and prayers are with the brave men, women and children. I want everyone to remember that despite the distance that separates us, we are not limited by borders and we are one global Armenian nation together. (sic)’

Kim has also encouraged her followers to support the Armenia Fund.

The brunette beauty – who is married to rap star Kanye West – said: ‘The @armeniafund is directly helping those that have been impacted during this critical time with humanitarian aid through food, shelter, and medical care.

‘I will be donating $1M to assist their efforts on the ground and invite you to join me. Whether you are helping with just raising awareness and posting on social media or donating just $1, every bit helps.

‘Let’s make this our most successful fundraiser ever. Thank you so much. (sic)’

Kim’s sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have also made sizeable donations of their own in support of Armenia, according to TMZ.
