The trailer opens in a typical high school, as a teacher (Lil Rel Howrey) asks for his class’ attention.

‘What do you want to do with your one wild and precious life?’ the teacher asks, which causes young Zach to ponder.

Zach is then seen in the hospital with his friend Sammy, telling her, ‘I don’t understand why she would want to go out with me.’

He runs his hand over his bald head, but Sammy pokes some fun at him, saying she told the girl that, ‘I lied and told her you’re super cool, so you’re welcome.’
