Chloe Sims’ best pal Vas J Morgan has jumped to her defence after watching the TOWIE girls discuss her relationship with Pete Wicks on Wednesday’s episode.
The former castmate, 31, said he found it ‘scary to watch’ the likes of Amber Turner, Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows being ‘filled with so much hate’.
During the episode, Chloe, 37, revealed Amber’s now boyfriend Dan Edgar was simply a rebound to try and get revenge on Pete, 31, during their two-year secret relationship.

The breakdown Chloe and Pete’s romance was the talk of Essex as the pair decided they needed to take time apart if there was any hope of restoring the remnants of their broken friendship.
Vas, who left TOWIE in 2018 and has since gone on to launch I Am Enough charity, took to his Instagram stories in shock of the girls ‘spreading dark opinions on the lives of others.
‘Caught up with TOWIE last night and although I’ll probably regret airing this opinion I have to say the girls on this show are frustratingly negative and filled with so much hate,’ he said.

‘Imagine what they could all achieve if they just focused on their own lives, goals, relationships and careers.
‘The girls in particular spread such dark opinions on the lives of others. It’s scary to watch.
‘During a scene discussing everyone’s business but their own. I hear a rather hypocritical “It’s none of the Sims’ sisters business and they should really stop talking about it” followed by “let’s talk the elephant in the room; Chloe and Pete”.
‘It’s bizarre that you’d reference there being an elephant in a room when in reality neither you or an elephant have access to any room @chloe_simsstarship is in.’

Viewers watched Courtney, 25, instigate the conversation as she said: ‘Apparently Chloe and Pete blurred lines’.
Amber replied: ‘I feel like everybody has eyes and could probably see that there was something there.
Courtney quizzed: ‘So what was she sleeping with Dan then creeping into Pete’s room?’

Amber said: ‘Maybe, but she was crying to Peter over Dan. I don’t know.
‘I just think the whole thing, like… she was never with Dan, so it’s a bit of a weird situation, really.’
Elsewhere in the episode, Chloe admitted her ‘revenge’ rebound Dan knew about her and Pete.

Chloe said: ‘Obviously I got into that situation with Dan in Thailand… back then I was so hurt and upset I didn’t even defend myself. Pete moved on with someone and we had made a pact that if anyone moved on we’d let each other know, and he didn’t.
‘So there was Dan saying things like “you do know I’d marry you? Why don’t you f**k Pete off and come with me?” But it massively backfired didn’t it.
‘I shoved it on Dan and when it didn’t work out and I was double hurt. I wasn’t innocent, I was doing it a bit revengeful and I hold my hands up to that, it wasn’t about dan – he was just a rebound – it was about Pete.’
Chloe then explained that their therapist had advised them both to ‘take some time apart’, confirming they’re trying to follow the instructions.
