Bec is based in Melbourne’s Brighton with her AFL star husband Chris Judd and their four children.

The family have been in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic at their $7.3million mansion.

Bec has previously revealed her workout secrets and said she loves playing cardio tennis.

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ Bec has previously told News.com.au, saying she plays for two hours, twice a week.

‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, ‘damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left,”whereas usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia about her diet, saying that while it’s rather relaxed, she always has a healthy dinner.

Speaking about her day on a plate, Bec said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ Bec told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!’

Bec said that for dinner, she and her AFL star husband Chris Judd, 36, typically tuck into fish or meat with vegetables.

‘Dinner I usually will have meat or fish and vegetables which Chris and I both love.’

Bec also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.
