‘My everyday symptoms are vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite, fatigue, anxiety, low energy and the list goes on,’ Tracey said.

‘I feel so blessed to be pregnant but at the same time I’ve been feeling anxious and alone.’

‘I know many of us go through similar symptoms but seeing how glorified pregnancy can be on Instagram it has left me wondering am I the only person struggling?’

Tracey said she’s just trying to take care of her unborn child and trying not to compare her pregnancy to others.

She finished with a sweet note to fans, saying: ‘If you’re struggling, just know you are not alone xx.’
