The Biggest Loser trainer Erica Lugo unveiled the results of her 360-degree Body Lift surgery she underwent on September 22 at Athenix Body Sculpting Institute in Seattle, which removed 8.5lbs of loose skin.

‘I have a new body and it’s weird. I’m not used to it yet!’ the 33-year-old weight-loss coach told People on Tuesday.

‘[Dr. Gavin Dry] was like, “You’ve always wanted your six-pack? You’re probably going to get it after this because there’s no fat on your stomach.”‘

The plastic surgery procedure – which goes beyond traditional tummy tuck surgery and liposuction – cost Erica around $20K not including her six-day condo stay and flight to and from Washington State.

Lugo – who claims she’s ‘not as vanity-driven now’ – said ‘every day gets a little bit better’ and ‘every day I look at my stomach and I’m floored at how different it all looks.’

The Ohio native is still weeks away from full recovery, but she has gone from four plastic balloons draining excess fluid from the incision area around her waist to only one.

‘I’ve had to really lean into my husband [Danny McGeady] and I’m super independent, so it’s hard for me to do,’ she told the mag.

Erica – who’s also battling Stage II thyroid cancer – surprised her friends and family on April 4 by marrying the JEM Designs owner via Zoom.

Lugo is mother to 10-year-old son Connor and she’s also stepmother to Danny’s nine-year-old daughter Elise and 13-year-old son Jack from a prior relationship.

Erica now owns and runs the FitLove Studio in Centerville.

Lugo’s red team member Jim DiBattista triumphantly won the 18th season of The Biggest Loser, which concluded March 31 on the USA Network.
