Kate Hudson shares cute video of herself meditating and chanting with daughter Rani Rose, two

Her daughter Rani Rose may only be two-years-old.

But  Kate Hudson is already teaching her youngest how to find her center.

The 41-year-old took to her Instagram on Tuesday to share a sweet video of herself performing meditation and chanting with daughter Rani Rose.

In the clip, Kate sat in butterfly pose as the youngster sat in her lap in a similar position. 

She whispered to her daughter ‘hands like this,’ but Rani Rose adorably lifted her hands straight up leading the Almost Famous actress to push them down. 

Kate then looked into the camera and began doing the extended ‘om’ chant and her daughter sweetly followed her.

Rani Rose then quickly got up and said ‘okay’ before her famous mother mimicked her and stopped recording.

No doubt the youngster is the apple of Kate’s eye as she paid tribute to her daughter Rani Rose with an adorable Instagram video and a heartfelt note about her tot’s impressive abilities on Friday. 

While gushing about her little girl’s remarkable performance skills and intelligence, the star described some of her favorite qualities about her youngest child.

‘Rani Rose has graced our world for 2 years today! I relish in every moment. Happy Birthday to my little girl!’ the doting mother-of-three captioned footage of her mini-me in a yellow tank top with a rainbow on the front at home. 

After revealing her toddler’s affinity for making funny faces and aversion to wet grass, Hudson revealed Rani had been practicing singing Happy Birthday ‘for months.’

‘Now she gets to take the stage,’ the Fabletics founder joked in her lengthy caption of her baby singing the traditional Happy Birthday to herself, with a wink emoji.

Despite the youngester’s age, her famous mother wasn’t exaggerating about her budding stage presence and vocals.

In the darling recording, little Rani can be heard singing her heart out, before pretending her tower of wooden blocks were candles.  

Hudson also raved to her more than 12.3 million Instagram followers about her toddler’s ability to sing ‘on key’ and dance ‘like she’s attached to the earth.’   

The start continued: ‘She speaks so loud I could hear her a block away. She loves to put lotion on everything and watching her delicately wash my mother’s hands yesterday was like seeing nature at it’s grandest and most empathetic.’

Over the years, they’ve frequently documented their tranquil family life on social media, from their afternoon lounging sessions to their neighborhood strolls

Just last week, Hudson shared a sweet snapshot of Fujikawa cuddled up to their child on the couch.

‘Some days I feel like I should win best mom of the day award, and some days I find myself doing strange things that don’t have any real purpose, in faraway corners in my house, and I realize I am literally and deliberately hiding from my children,’ she confessed to InStyle in 2018.  

She noted: ‘Yes, I help my kids with their homework. But I also get bored doing it. I will sit and listen to my children pontificate and discuss their ideas till the day is long because it warms my heart, but I really don’t want to do math!’
