Big Brother star is forced to explain a unusual detail in her post-baby photo as she poses in a swimsuit just days after giving birth

Krystal Hipwell (née Forscutt) has been forced to respond to prying questions about her post-baby body, after fans noticed an unusual detail in her latest Instagram post.

On Sunday, the former Big Brother star, posted a photo of herself posing at the beach with her family in a stomach-baring swimsuit

However, what was meant to be a carefree post turned into a rather intense Q&A session, after fans noticed that the skin of Krystal’s stomach looked darker than usual.

‘What’s happened to your tummy?’ Former Big Brother star Krystal Hipwell (née Forscutt), 34, has revealed why her stomach appeared darker than the rest of her body in this photo of herself at the beach with her family on Sunday. ‘What’s happened to your tummy? It’s like black compared to the rest of your body,’ one follower queried.

Krystal, who gave birth to her third child, son Huska, nine days ago, replied: ‘It’s just because I was in the sun when I had my tummy and then when it deflates it always looks so much darker, it happens every time.’

The reality star further addressed her darker-looking stomach in a subsequent post, jokingly referring to the patch of skin as a ‘dried-up tobacco leaf’.

‘[The dark skin] is due to being out in the sun with my bump. Once my tummy starts to go down it ends up looking really dark. This happened after all of my pregnancies,’ Krystal wrote.

‘I call it ‘the return of the dried-up tobacco leaf’, which is what my wrinkly tummy resembles postpartum,’ she mused.

Krystal insisted that she was ‘definitely not complaining’ about the temporary skin condition, and that she will never cease to be amazed by the female body.

The mother-of-three has been very open with how life has been with her ‘Husky Boy’ since his arrival last month.

Krystal revealed on September 30 that she had blisters on her nipples from breastfeeding her son, and that she was feeling ‘deliriously tired’.

‘You can easily wish the days away but here I am, third child in, and I know all too well how quickly this season of life will pass so I’m trying not to wish it away,’ she said.

‘Trying to embrace it and savour the ‘little’ moments that really aren’t so little at all.’
