The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, 43, donned a hot pink face mask that had the word VOTE written in all caps in white, creating an artful pattern.

Gellar also wore a grey hoodie, paired with black leggings.
The actress had her blond hair up, and she wore tortoiseshell sunglasses.

She also carried a small Louis Vuitton purse.

On her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Sarah Michelle shared a selfie in the mask, tagging fashion designer Christian Siriano: ‘Sunday morning strength @csiriano’ she wrote.
Christian was the Season 4 winner of Project Runway, going on to dress the stars from Alicia Silverstone to Billy Porter.
Gellar, meanwhile, recently opened up about the eyesight problems her son Rocky has been experiencing, due to increased exposure to computer and tablet screens during this era of the pandemic and remote learning.

The star revealed earlier this week in an interview with TODAY Parents that her son was having difficulty focusing on screens while trying to do his school work.
The actress was particularly concerned because Rocky’s vision problems were ‘progressing extremely rapidly.’
‘I really chalked it up to screen fatigue because my kids didn’t have a lot of access to devices [before the coronavirus quarantine],’ Sarah said.
‘All of a sudden they’re thrown into this world where they’re on Zoom for school and the only way they can connect with their friends afterwards is to continue on these devices. It was not something my kids were used to.’

The Cruel Intentions star began to notice Rocky would blink heavily and often while doing his school work in front of a screen, and eventually she had him examined by an eye doctor.
‘They said not only did he have myopia — the common term is nearsightedness — but it was progressing extremely rapidly,’ she revealed.
The Cruel Intentions star is mother to Rocky James, eight, and daughter Charlotte Grace, 11, whom she shares with husband Freddie Prinze Jr.
Gellar and Prinze Jr. got married in 2002, after first meeting on the set of their 1997 horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer.
