And Olympia Valance reflected on her whirlwind few days on Queensland’s Orpheus Island as she and her fiancé prepared to jet off via an awaiting helicopter.
In a post shared to her Instagram on Monday, the former Neighbours star revealed that the island was the ‘most special place she had ever visited’ and she had actually ‘cried getting back into the chopper’.

Olympia couldn’t have looked happier as she cosied up to her other half in front of a helicopter.
She wrote in her caption: Well, it’s safe to say that @orpheusisland will be a place that Thomas and I will never forget.
‘This place, with or with out getting engaged to my gorgeous fiancé is the most special place I have ever visited in my life. That was just the cherry on top!’
Olympia gushingly continued: ‘From the divine staff, the incredible culinary experience, exploring the surrounding reefs and islands, the free-flowing booze, the picnics, the fishing, the crystal clear ocean, the accommodation, the pool, the EVERYTHING!!!!

The actress had made the sweet announcement on Thursday, sharing a photo of herself locking lips with her now fiancé to tell fans of the news.
‘Today is a special day. The man of my dreams proposed to me,’ she wrote in the caption.
‘I get to marry my best friend,’ she added, tagging her beau in the post.

It included seafood, cheese, crackers, fresh fruits and chocolate covered strawberries with ‘I love you 4ever’ written on each berry, near the purple box for the sparkler.
There was also a bottle each of rosé and Veuve Clicquot Champagne to mark the special occasion.
Olympia and Thomas began dating in June 2019 after meeting him on the ultra-exclusive celebrity dating app, Raya.

Speaking to Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa show back in October 2019, the actress was asked about how she met Thomas, she said ‘I cannot believe no one has ever asked me this question… Do I lie?’
After hesitating, she continued: ‘It’s an app for people who are in the public eye, it’s this app called Raya.’
Olympia said that after ‘matching’ with the footballer, the pair started chatting and soon realised they went shopping at the same Melbourne food market.
