The 34-year-old actress turned clothing designer was seen without her wedding ring on as she was sipping on a glass of red wine while enjoying a Japanese meal.
The former Full House star’s estranged husband, 51-year-old husband Olivier Sarkozy, was seen the next day with his wedding band still on, however.

Mary-Kate was bundled up for the autumn chill as she added a black coat to her black slacks with a white shirt.
A large gold ring was seen on her pinky finger but she was not wearing her wedding band from ex Olivier.
The Los Angeles native was makeup free and had on a fun mustard-colored hat over her blonde locks.
Her dinner date was not seen in the images.

The star has been seen now and then after she split from her husband in April.
And ever since she broke things off with her husband, Mary-Kate has not worn her wedding ring.
But Olivier still seems to have the band on his wedding finger. On Monday the businessman was spotted with his ring in place as he smoked a cigarette on a New York City street.
Sarkozy had on a dark zip up top and gray slacks with black sneakers and a bracelet on. His hair worn on the longer side.

The actress and entrepreneur has been busy tending to her fashion line The Row in New York City.
She is hoping her career can keep her mind off the divorce, a source hinted.

Mary-Kate and her twin sister Ashley are still keen to keep working, despite their huge levels of wealth.
