The former glamour model embraced her daughter, who looked adorable in a little grey dress, which she wore with a big white bow.

Meanwhile, Lauryn cut a casually cool figure in a white top, which she teamed with a pair of black cycling shorts as she pushed her son along in a wheelchair.
Chloe welcomed her daughter Isla with her Middlesborough defender fiancé Grant Hall, 28, at the start of May, within days of Lauryn giving birth to Junior, whose father is Manchester City right back Kyle Walker, 30.
Lauryn welcomed her son with former flame Kyle at the end of April, and has publicly claimed that the sportsman hasn’t been in their child’s life.
