Jett Kenny spends Sunday washing his car with his pet pooch in tow after returning to modelling following the tragic death of his beloved sister Jaimi

Jett Kenny spent a relaxed Sunday washing his car, with a little help from man’s best friend. 

The 26-year-old shared an Instagram image in which he soaped down his vehicle while holding his dog in his arms. 

The model went shirtless and wore a pair of white shorts while cleaning the car with a sponge.

The TV personality captioned the sunny photograph simply: ‘Sudsday.’

Jett  returned to work as a model last week, two weeks after the tragic death of his older sister, Jaimi.

In a post on Instagram on Wednesday, he shared a series of behind the scenes photos of himself looker dapper in a suit on a Sunshine Coast racecourse.

‘Something about suiting up,’ he captioned the photos.

The runway star wore his trademark blonde hair up. He paired the blue-grey suit with a crisp white shirt and brown boots.  

On Sunday, Jett posted a number of photos of him at the races in Toowoomba, alongside a number of friends.   

Earlier this month, Jett shared a stunning tribute to his beloved sister Jaimi.

‘You were there whenever I needed you, you taught me how to cook gourmet food like roast potatoes, chicken and salad, and tacos – the essentials in our household,’ he wrote.

‘You gave me a slight insight into fashion by dressing me in up in dresses and putting makeup on me when I was young. You’d sit behind me while I ate dinner and would pick at anything pimple looking on my back – even if it was just a mole,’ he added.

‘You were my second mother, you were my biggest sister, you were my friend, and you were a fighter until the very end,’ he continued. 

Jett went on to say: ‘Jaimi, I will love you forever and you will always have a place in my heart. I will miss you dearly, but cherish the moments we had together greatly. I love you so much, and I will see you again at some point.’

The Kenny-Curry family confirmed Jaimi’s death on September 14 in a statement.

While the family’s statement did not specify the exact nature of Jaimi’s illness, it’s understood she had long battled an eating disorder. 

Jaimi is survived her her sister Morgan, brother Jett, mother Lisa, father Grant and half-sister Trixie.
