Former Emmerdale actor Kris Mochrie has spoken about his romance with his ex co-star Max Parker, who played his brother on the soap.
Kris starred as Lee Posner on the ITV series until he left in October of last year while Max continues to play Lee’s brother Luke.
Speaking to The Mirror about their romance, Kris said: ‘It’s great to meet someone through work and have so many things in common and an understanding of each other’s jobs.

‘We didn’t actually share any scenes together on Emmerdale but kept in touch after I left.
‘I don’t want to jinx things. We are seeing how we get on. We had a great time on holiday in Dubai. Let’s see how it goes.
Kris went Instagram official with his beau in recent weeks after they went on holiday together in Dubai.
Kris appeared as Lee on the Dales last year in a hard hitting storyline that saw the character rape Victoria Barton (Isobel Hodgins) who then became pregnant.

Lee could not be convicted of the rape due to a lack of evidence, prompting her brother Robert (Ryan Hawley) to seek revenge.
Robert beat Lee and put him into a coma and was then arrested for grievous bodily harm. Although he eventually woke up, Lee died soon after.
Max’s character Luke first appeared on the soap after he formed a friendship with Victoria, who was devastated to learn he was Lee’s brother.
Luke and Victoria briefly dated earlier this year before she decided she couldn’t get into a relationship so soon after her ordeal but they recently reunited this month.
A source previously told The Sun that Kris met Max after he filmed his final scenes as Lee and they kept in touch after he left the soap.

Plot: Max’s character Luke first appeared on the soap after he formed a friendship with Victoria, who was devastated to learn he was Lee’s brother.
They said: ‘They were cast as brothers and are really alike and have been joking that casting did a great job.
‘The boys kept in touch after Kris finished on the show but they’ve spent a lot of time together over summer.
‘It’s early days but they’re really enjoying themselves and who knows what the future holds.’
During the summer, both Max and Kris sparked dating speculation when they enjoyed a rainy hike together.
Kris also shared a snap alongside Max as they sunbathed together, with the caption: ‘London lads lazily lounging like.’
