Demi Moore shared an adorable Throwback Thursday snap of her as a little girl, from her book Inside Out.
The 57-year-old actress shared an undated black and white photo on Instagram Thursday afternoon.
‘Little Demi, moment of joy! from#TBT from #InsideOutBook,’ she captioned the snap, while sharing today was the one-year anniversary of a big milestone.

The actress shared a post from exactly one year ago today, when she received the first copies of her first copies of Inside Out.
‘First hard copies just arrived. Feels good to hold it in my hands, finally. Such a long time coming,’ she said.
‘#InsideOutBook is coming Sept 24!’ she added in the caption, with her book’s one-year publication anniversary just two weeks away.
Anniversary: The actress shared a post from exactly one year ago today, when she received the first copies of her first copies of Inside Out.
She shared the post on her Instagram story stating, ‘1 year ago!’ with the hashtag #InsideOutBook.
The book was a huge hit right away, debuting atop The New York Times Combined Print & E-Book Nonfiction best-sellers list and the Hardcover Nonfiction best-sellers list.
The memoir chronicles her rough upbringing from her suicide attempt and being raped at age 15, along with her struggles with substance abuse at a young age.

Moore also made headlines in July, when she admitted that she ‘changed herself’ in all three of her marriages to Freddie Moore, Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher.
‘For me, I changed myself over and over to fit what I thought somebody else wanted,’ Demi explained.
‘Working through a relationship is really commendable in our disposable times,’ she continued.

She will next be seen in Songbird, a pandemic-themed thriller starring Alexandra Daddario and Bradley Whitford.
