John Legend seems in high spirits as he flashes a peace sign during Beverly Hills grocery run

John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen are happily expecting their third child.

And the singer/activist, 41, looked like a busy dad as he went to fetch groceries in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

John donned his most fatherly duds, teaming a tropical shirt with cargo shorts for the quick errand on Friday. 

As he picked up some essentials for his family in a pair of pristine white sneakers, he appeared in high sprits and shot a peace sign at onlookers.   

The EGOT winner made sure to keep his nose and mouth covered with a black CDC-recommended face mask, amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

Just two days later, Teigen revealed his Sunday morning tradition with their four-year-old daughter Luna and son Miles, two.

‘Every Sunday morning, john sets his alarm for 7:30am and Luna helps him make his perfect pancakes,’ the expectant star captioned a snap of her husband with their two kids in the kitchen. 

She added: ‘He no longer orders them at restaurants or allows other people to make for him, he believes his are the best and untouchable.’ 

While Teigen often shares her recipes to her 31 million Instagram followers, she teased this one would be reserved for her upcoming book.  

Teigen has long had a passion for cooking and baking that culminated with the release of her first book — Cravings: Recipes for All of the Food You Want to Eat — in February 2016, which went on to become a New York Times bestseller.

Her second book — Cravings: Hungry For More — also known as Cravings 2, was released simultaneously along with a line of cookware named — Cravings by Chrissy Teigen through Target — two years later.

Earlier this month, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit alum revealed she and Legend are expecting their third child when her baby bump was visible in the video for Legend’s latest single, Wild.
