Lucy Hale models her hourglass figure in a mauve crop top and black gym shorts on a hike

She’s been keeping up a rigorous fitness routine during quarantine, and has the enviable body to prove it.

And Lucy Hale was again spotted out for her daily hike in Los Angeles, California on Friday, rocking a lovely mauve tank top that was cropped to show a peek of her midriff.

The Pretty Little Liars star, 31, paired her top with black gym shorts.  

Lucy had a determined look on her face as she made her way on the hiking trail, wearing pink accented sports shoes. 

She wore a padlock on a silver chain around her neck, and accessorized with rounded sunglasses. 

The Truth Or Dare actress had a fanny pack on as well, worn across her small frame. 

In addition to her smartphone and lilac water bottle, Lucy carried her black face mask in her hand. 

Her raven dark hair was swept back in a bun, and she listened to her earbuds.

The hiking sighting came soon after Lucy again appeared on star fitness trainer Adam Nicklas’s Instagram Story, engaged in a grueling workout. 

This one saw the Fantasy Island star kneeling underneath a 50-pound barbell on her shoulders, while she simultaneously had both her thighs and hips restrained with various resistance bands. 

Lucy also took time to refresh her own Instagram on Friday, populating her Story with various new shares.

One shot showed the actress posing with a positively adorable French bulldog puppy named Charlie the Batpig, whom she referred to as her ‘nephew’.

Additionally, Hale posted a plethora of nostalgic finds, including old class photos and her actor’s headshot from when she was just ten years old.
