An uninsured drink driver has been jailed for nine years after claiming a woman who died in the crash was faking her injuries.
Godwin Ohue, 40, was more than four times over the legal drink-driving limit when he crashed into another car, killing 20-year-old Darcy Bruce-Lawrence.
He smashed into the side of a vehicle performing a three-point turn in Dartford, Kent, just before midnight on June 28, 2019.
Ohue repeatedly claimed she was faking her injuries at the crash site and had to be pulled away from medics after he tried to film them while they battled to save her life.
Bodycam footage shows Ohue being informed by a police officer that the incident had resulted in a death on the scene.

Ohue was breathalysed at the scene and tested as having 150 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – more than four times over the legal limit of 35 micrograms
After the police officer informs Ohue and says he ‘knows it is a lot of shock’, the driver responds saying ‘a death, seriously?’ and crosses his arms.
The officer then places Ohue under arrest and he is taken to a police vehicle, where he is breathalysed and tests as being more than four times over the legal drink-driving limit.
Ohue gave a breath test reading of 150 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Ohue’s car was travelling between 48 and 51mph in a 30mph zone, when he drove into the side of the Vauxhall Meriva, throwing it around 46 feet sideways.
CCTV footage showed the moment Ohue smashed into the car on the residential road, which was quiet when the manoeuvre began and well lit, police said.
The impact caused passenger Miss Bruce-Lawrence, who was sitting in a rear passenger seat, to suffer fatal injuries.
The driver also sustained multiple serious injuries that needed urgent medical attention, Kent Police said.
A Kent Police patrol, which was nearby at the time, heard the collision and rushed to the scene.
On arrival, Ohue claimed the driver of the car was drunk and had pulled into his path from a junction.
He also said that the young woman was faking her injuries, which led to her death on the same day.

At Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday, Ohue was jailed for nine years.
During an earlier hearing, he pleaded guilty pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving while over the drink-drive limit and a separate count of causing death whilst driving whilst uninsured.
PC Darren Chapman, Kent Police’s investigating officer for the case, said Ohue’s ‘selfishness’ had ‘needlessly robbed a young woman of her life’.
He said: ‘Ohue’s selfish and exceptionally reckless decision to drive while drunk has needlessly robbed a young woman of her life – and her family of a future together.
‘His behaviour after the collision was beyond appalling and the decisions he made on that night have caused those who knew the victim endless amounts of grief and pain.
‘Although I am pleased that a custodial sentence has been imposed, I understand that for the family of Darcy they will live with the effects of that night for the rest of their lives.
‘I sincerely hope other people look at this case and think twice before they get behind the wheel after consuming any alcohol.’
