Sarah Michelle Gellar goes for leggy look as she runs errands in pinstripe blouse and denim cutoffs

She shared images from her first photo shoot since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to her Instagram last week.

And on Wednesday, Sarah Michelle Gellar was spotted running some errands with her daughter Charlotte, 10.

The pair matched in distressed denim shorts as they picked up some supplies from a supermarket in Los Angeles.

The Buffy The Vampire Slayer star, 43, paired her cutoffs with a pinstriped cotton blouse with ruffles at the shoulders.

Her long blonde hair was loose and she sported a pair of gold-framed sunglasses.

The actress had a leopard print bag slung across her upper body and stepped out in sneakers.

Both mother and daughter wore face masks as required under California law when out in public places. 

Gellar shares Charlotte and son Rocky, seven, with her husband of 18 years Freddie Prinze Jr.

On Tuesday of last week, she shared some behind-the-scenes snaps to her Instagram Story of a recent photo shoot.

The pictures revealed the precautions put in place for star and crew due to the ongoing pandemic.

Her snaps showed the hair and makeup stylists attending to her while wearing face masks.

The Cruel Intentions star shared with her fans: ‘Yesterday was my first day back on any kind of set since the pandemic began. It was a simple photo shoot, but still came with all the anxieties.’

She went on: ‘I can not begin to tell you how incredible it felt to be back in the creative environment that I love. (Even though I way prefer acting to having my pic taken) It was incredible to see all the precautions that were taken, but more than that, to see that there is a way back.’  

Gellar added: ‘I hope every day, that we can take this virus seriously, and use every precaution we can, so that we can all move past this time. I miss hugging my friends. #staysafe.’
