Radio host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson was almost speechless when she discovered Sonia Kruger’s real age on her KIIS FM breakfast show on Friday.
During a daily segment about celebrities’ birthdays, Kyle Sandilands mentioned that the Big Brother presenter had just turned 55.
Jackie, 45, simply couldn’t believe Sonia was ten years her senior, and was convinced that Kyle had made a mistake.

‘Shut up! Shut up! She’s 55? Oh, my god… she’s good, isn’t she? Well, that’s impressive, Sonia!’ she said.
Kyle, 49, responded: ‘You don’t look better than that. She’s amazing.’
Sonia is known for her age-defying appearance, and many fans assume she is decades younger than she actually is.
The mother of one admits to having dabbled in Botox in the past, and also keeps her skin looking fresh with microdermabrasion treatments.

‘[Botox] is one of those things you have to try. Well, you don’t have to, but if you want to and it makes you feel better about how you look or feel, then fine,’ she once said.
She has not admitted to having plastic surgery, but did tell 9Honey last year that she was open-minded on the subject.
‘The way I see it is this, if you want to undergo cosmetic enhancements to feel more youthful and confident, I say go for it,’ she said.
‘If you wish to undergo surgery, make sure you think it through, do your research and make sure you see a qualified doctor.’
In the same interview, she described her daily skincare routine.

‘I basically stick to my favourite skincare brand, Rationale, for my morning and night routine,’ she told the publication.
She added: ‘I also can’t live without Bioderma Micellar Water, which I use to take off my makeup every day. I find it’s one of the only products that doesn’t irritate my skin but is still effective in removing television makeup.’
Sonia also revealed that she prefers ‘warmer peachy tones’ of makeup and likes to keep her cosmetic look simple.

Her must-have products include Mac blot powder, tinted moisturiser by IT Cosmetics, mascara by Bobby Brown and Marc Jacobs’ Hi-Fi Filter palette.
The TV star also revealed her favourite lip product is Dior’s Lip Glow, which hydrates and adds a dose of natural colour.
When it comes to self-tanning, Sonia opts for St Tropez, Three Warriors, Bondi Sands or J-Bronze by Jennifer Hawkins.
