Eva Longoria flaunts her impressively toned physique in a white one piece swimsuit

Eva Longoria is often demonstrating her intense workout routines on social media.

And the 45-year-old Desperate Housewives star put her hard work on full display in a sexy white one piece swimsuit in an Instagram Story post on Wednesday.

For the brief clip, Longoria launched into the air with her hands up towards the sky as she flexed her muscular legs.

Eva looked visibly makeup-free and slicked her damp brunette tresses back, which allowed her infectious smile to pull focus.

Aside from appearing on social media in swimwear, the actress has been using her platform to encourage people to register and vote in the upcoming presidential election on November 3.

And on Wednesday for National Women’s Equality Day, Eva and fellow actresses Gina Rodriguez, America Ferrera, Zoe Saldana, and Rosario Dawson graced Instagram in their best voter gear.

‘Here’s to strong women- May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them!’ captioned Longoria, whose shirt featured the iconic red, white, and blue ‘Vote’ button.

Earlier this month, Eva discussed the importance of making your voice and beliefs heard through voting, during an appearance on the Dear Media podcast The Dissenters, hosted by Debra Messing, 51, and entrepreneur Mandana Dayani, 38. 

‘I’m not speaking for women. I’m not speaking for Latinos. I’m telling you, speak for yourselves, stand up and speak for yourself like that,’ Longoria expressed passionately.

‘The best way to do that is to vote. Because the only time we are equal with the richest 1% and the poorest is in the voting booth.’ 

Eva explained that viewing voting as an equalizer was what ‘inspired [her] to dedicate so much time’ educating people on their right to vote and the power that comes with it.

‘That is literally what inspired me to dedicate so much time to this was realizing the power that each person has regardless of who they are.’

Although Eva is clearly has a passion for fitness and activism, her devotion to family has remained her biggest passion to date.

On Tuesday morning, the Devious Maids star  enjoyed some family time with her two-year-old son Santiago by a swimming pool.

She showed off her summer body in a plunging turquoise swimsuit as she posed for Instagram. 

‘Starting the week with a Zen state of mind,’ captioned Eva, who shares her baby with her third husband Jose ‘Pepe’ Baston. 

She selected the Seychelles blue Alexandra One Piece by Gigi C, which currently retails on the brand’s website for $172.

Eva posted a sizzling Instagram snap a day earlier of herself doing yoga in a beach grotto while modeling a pink Melissa Odabash one-piece.  

She posted a heartwarming picture earlier this month of Santiago walking beside a sea turtle and gushed: ‘One of his favorite things to say is TORTUGA.’

The sizzling sensation has had a busy month as she also hostessed the first night of the virtually held Democratic National Convention.

After the coronavirus pandemic subsides Eva will be sitting in the director’s chair on the set of Flamin’ Hot, a biopic of Cheetos inventor Richard Montanez.

She revealed earlier this year that she thought of herself as a white male in order to pitch herself as the director for the project.

The tactic was suggested to her by Desperate Housewives producer Brian Tanen, she dished to The Sun On Sunday.

‘I was practicing pitching (for the job) with him and he said: ‘Stop right there. Put on your male privilege pants and stop ASKING to do this movie”

Brian told Eva: ‘Walk in the room as if that movie’s yours and you’re directing it and tell them this is how you’re going to cast it, this is how you’re going to shoot it.’

Eva recalled: ‘And I thought. ‘Oh my gosh, yeah! I’m not a man and I’m not white, so I wouldn’t think to do that.”

Said she: ‘It was a change in approach to every sentence that came out of my mouth. Because as a woman, we want to be amenable. We want to be seen as cooperative.’
