Nicole Kidman’s notoriously private daughter Bella shares a rare photo

The adopted daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise has shared a rare photo to Instagram.

Isabella ‘Bella’ Cruise, 27, uploaded a mirror selfie on Tuesday while posing in a stylish baker boy cap and black jacket.

‘All that glitters is gold.. oh wait, it’s just another Instagram filter,’ she captioned the post, which showed gold sparkles emanating from her phone and around the room.

The former art student has chosen to live her life away from the spotlight, and usually only shares images of her drawings on social media.

Bella, who describes herself in her Instagram bio as a ‘human’ and ‘artist’, has previously showcased her photography skills by sharing scenic travel pictures.

Her account also has a link to her online store, where she sells T-shirts, phone cases and prints bearing her quirky designs from $25.

Bella was adopted by her parents, Nicole and Tom, in 1992.

Her biological younger brother, 25-year-old Connor Cruise, was also adopted by the Hollywood couple three years later.

Nicole, 53, and Tom, 58, separated in 2001 after a decade of marriage, when Bella was just eight years old.

While the exes initially shared custody of the children, it has been widely reported Nicole has been estranged from Bella and Connor for years.

Like their father, Bella and Connor are practising Scientologists.

The fact that Nicole is not a member of the religion likely makes her a ‘suppressive person’, or SP.

Scientologists are encouraged to ‘disconnect’ from so-called SPs in order to remove personal obstacles to one’s spiritual growth.

Bella now lives in Croydon, a suburb 12 miles outside London, after marrying computer programmer Max Parker in a secret ceremony in 2015.

Nicole did not attend her daughter’s wedding, despite being in London performing in a stage show at the time.

The Moulin Rouge! star has remained largely silent about her strained relationship with her adoptive children.

‘I’m very private about all that. I have to protect all those relationships. I know 150 per cent that I would give up my life for my children because it’s what my purpose is,’ she previously told Who magazine

Following her divorce from Tom, Nicole welcomed another two daughters, Sunday, 12, and Faith, nine, with her second husband, country singer Keith Urban.
