‘The last few months I have learnt so much about myself. I am letting my life guide me,’ Natasha explained.

‘A huge part of anxiety is fear of the future, so by letting go, I’ve helped myself. I am learning how to cope better.’

Natasha explained over the past few months she has ditched her marketing job and has reapplied for university to do an honours degree in psychology.

The reality star also discussed how COVID-19 has affected the way she uses her newfound fame on social media.

‘People’s attitudes have changed and they don’t want to see an influencer getting glam when they’re in stage four lockdown,’ she also told the publication.

‘They want real content. I am aware of my platform and I want to do some good.’

Back in April, Natasha told Daily Mail Australia that she had a mental breakdown and was required to be rushed to hospital after she was viciously trolled online ahead of the show’s final episode.

Natasha had suffered a number of panic attacks as a result of her high-functioning anxiety.

‘They had me psychologically evaluated and I was there for two or three hours. I have high-functioning anxiety I deal with every day… I had been having panic attacks and this was too much.’

‘They thought I was a danger to myself,’ Natasha said.
