Gwyneth Paltrow shows off her long legs in black gym wear as she heads out for a jog in The Hamptons

She previously revealed her secret to keeping in shape was eating a clean diet and doing gruelling workouts with celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson. 

And Gwyneth Paltrow showcased her slender physique as she headed out for a jog in The Hamptons on Saturday. 

The actress, 47, cut a sporty figure as she stepped out in a black Nike vest top and shorts. 

The low-rise running shorts highlighted Gwyneth’s enviably-long legs. 

The thespian donned a pair of black shades and wore a soft face covering around her neck. 

After pounding the pavements, Gwyneth took a break to walk back home while listening to music.  

Earlier this month, the movie star was joined by her mother Blythe Danner, 77, and daughter Apple Martin, 16, to talk about two new products from her company Goop in a video shot by husband Brad Falchuk.

The trio sat down in Gwyneth’s garden at her home for the conversation about skincare and ageing.

Apple asked grandma Blythe and mother Gwyneth a series of questions, with the first being: ‘What advice would you give your younger self?’ 

Blythe cheekily answered: ‘Grow up,’ and Gwyneth quipped: ‘Get your s**t together man!’

Gwyneth said: ‘OK I’m in my garden and I’m here to tell you about some very special Goop products today that we have coming out. And we have some very special guests to help me tell you all about them.’ 

Blythe added: ‘I just put Goop on my lips,’ to which Gwyneth said: ‘Well perfect then you’re in the right place.’ 

 The actress founded Goop in 2008 and it has since gone on to have its own Netflix series called the The Goop Lab With Gwyneth Paltrow and wellness summits. 

Gwyneth has two kids with Coldplay ex-husband Chris Martin; Apple, and son Moses, 14. She married husband Brad, 49, in 2018.
