Yummy Mummies was a ratings flop on Channel Seven in 2017, but was a surprise hit when it was picked up by streaming platform Netflix.

Since leaving the reality show after one season, Maria has turned her back on her co-stars Lorinska Merrington, Jane Scandizzo and Rachel Watts.

Maria, who received the ‘villain’ edit on Yummy Mummies, said that she’d ‘blocked’ the women on social media, adding: ‘I don’t need them in my life.’

‘One of them said I ruined her baby shower and I’m not about to bring what happened on the show into real life,’ she explained.

Yummy Mummies was renewed for a second season in 2018, which aired on Seven’s streaming service, 7Plus, and was distributed globally via Netflix.

Stepping in to replace Maria for season two was Iva Marra, a mother of two and former IT professional.

Yummy Mummies follows a group of wealthy pregnant women who support each other (and occasionally lock horns) while navigating motherhood.
