Australian singer Sia shocks radio hosts by going to the TOILET during a live interview

Sia was busted using the toilet during a live Australian radio interview on Monday.

The Australian singer, 44, shocked Nova’s Ash, Kip & Luttsy with Susie when they heard a loud flush mid-conversation.   

Calling into the show from her home in Los Angeles, Sia admitted to having ‘no shame’ about relieving herself an audience listened.

While Sia had her camera turned off for the chat, the audio clearly picked up the echoes from within her bathroom and the sound of the toilet flushing.

‘Hang on, did you just take a p**s?’ Brisbane Nova co-host David ‘Luttsy’ Lutteral interjected gobsmacked.

Sia wasted no time in unapologetically explaining herself: ‘Yeah, you heard me and I flushed too; I have no shame.’

Luttsy’s co-star Ash Bradnam was so shocked, he asked Sia to clarify: ‘Did you really just go to the toilet while you’re doing an interview with us?’

Sia laughed as she confirmed: ‘I did. But guess what? Stars are just like us.’ 

The hosts laughed at the Cheap Thrills hit-maker’s honest response, joking: ‘Why don’t you take a s**t and we’ll get the whole thing.’

‘Unfortunately, I don’t need to take a s**t,’ Sia bantered back. 

Sia recently became a grandmother – just weeks after announcing she adopted two teenage sons last year. 

In July, the ARIA award-winning musician revealed that the youngest of the two boys she took on had welcomed ‘two babies’ of his own, meaning she had become a mother and a grandmother in the space of just one year.   

The Chandelier singer told DJ Zane Lowe on his Apple Music podcast: ‘My youngest son just had two babies. I’m a f**king grandma! I’m just immediately horrified. No, I’m cool.’

Sia announced she had adopted two sons in May because they were ‘ageing out of the foster care system’ and had lived ‘extremely traumatic lives’; the boys were 18 at the time and are now both 19.
