A farmer plagued by a fly-tipper who dumped 421 tyres on his land got his own back – after placing them in a truck and depositing them back on HIS doorstep.
The rubbish had been abandoned on Stuart Baldwin’s farm in Wigan but the act was caught on CCTV.
Stuart, 56, turned detective and tracked him down to his nearby home, giving him three days to clean up the mess.
When the deadline passed without any action, the dad used one of the trucks from the family’s recycling business SED Services Ltd to deliver them back.
Video posted online show them being deposited at the home of the alleged tipper.
Stuart told MailOnline: ‘Revenge is best served cold isn’t it? I got sick of it so I thought I would do a bit back.

‘Flytippers are always dumping on our farm, it probably happens 25 times a year.
‘It’s tyres and rubbish you get allsorts. I just thought ‘I’ve had enough of this’.
‘We put a camera up and he came back with some tyres and we just got him.
‘My daughter put a picture up on Facebook and we tracked him down.
‘He came down and he said he was going to move them so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and a couple of days breathing – but he never moved them.
‘I thought he must have forgot so I took them back to remind him.
‘The response we have had since doing it. Flytipping is horrendous – why should the farmer put up for it? We work the land and scumbags go and tip rubbish on it.
‘I wouldn’t mind, but you can take your rubbish to the tip for free. I can’t see the logic in it, it’s downright ignorant to be honest.

‘You get people like this – they’re vermin. People in the community have called me a legend and a hero. Hopefully people will think twice now about dumping on our land.’
The Baldwin’s family business SED Services Ltd, is a recycling company that turns green waste into usable materials like compost.
Stuart’s daughter Megan, 25, said: ‘It came to last night and he still hadn’t collected his tyres. So we decided to deliver them back to him.
‘We wish no harm to him or any property hence why we will placed them in his garden without causing any damage, we just want to prove a point that you cant just go around fly tipping wherever you want as it isn’t fair.’
Hilarious footage showed Stuart getting his revenge and has gone viral after it was posted online by his friend Gary Rothwell.
He filmed himself using a dump truck to take the rubbish, which had been left on his land in Haydock, Liverpool, back to the culprit.
In the first clip he films himself talking to the camera standing in front of the mound of tyres on his land.
He said: ‘We have come to my land at Haydock and somebody has put these tyres here overnight.

‘Luckily, we found out who has forgotten them, so we are going to take them back to the person who put them here, thank you.’
A second video shows a truck full of tyres reversing back into a driveway, before depositing them on the unsuspecting homeowner’s lawn.
As the tyres begin to fall Stuart can be heard saying: ‘F****** fantastic that’s what that f***** gets.’
At least eight men at the scene throw the tyres into a garden and Stuart shouts: ‘I got about to 421 [tyres], but there might be a bit more.’
A photo then shows the house’s front garden completely covered in the rubber.
The landowner takes another video of himself saying: ‘Done now, given them back, so thank you.’
Neighbours said the address where the tyres were dumped was the home of local man Matthew Worrall Parkyn.

When MailOnline tried to speak to him today a woman answered the door saying she was his ex and he no longer lived there.
Gary Rothwell posted the scene on Facebook and it has delighted social media users.
Naomi Shaw wrote: ‘I have lost count of the number of days I wake up and find some low life has fly tipped on our land! Good on you for finding the culprit.’
And Suzanna Adams commented: ‘Bet he’s been wondering where he left all those tyres as well!
‘I’m sure he’s glad they are all back safe and sound.’
According to the commons library, the penalty for fly tipping can be a fine of up to £50,000 and up to 12 months imprisonment if convicted in a Magistrates’ Court.
