Elyse Knowles shows off her trim pins in teeny denim shorts at the beach in Byron Bay

She moved to Byron Bay from Melbourne last year to spend more time in the great outdoors.

And of Friday, Elyse Knowles took advantage of the coastal town’s beautiful beaches as she enjoyed a relaxing day out with her Weimaraner dog, Harlow.

The 27-year-old model looked sensational as she played fetch with the pooch at Belongil Beach in a casual ensemble.

Elyse flaunted her trim pins in a teeny pair of denim shorts she wore with a green jumper and a beige jacket she kept done-up against the chilly breeze.

 The Block star coordinated with a white pair of sneakers and wore square leopard print framed sunglasses to protect her eyes from glare.

Elyse wore her luscious long blonde locks back in a ponytail and appeared makeup-free for the energetic game.

Much to Harlow’s delight, Elyse threw her ball several times along the dog-friendly beach while her best friend raced after it.

In April, the Myer ambassador told her Instagram followers she would be using the pandemic to take time out for herself.

‘Taking this time to feel gratitude for the little things that tend to be forgotten about when we are in the hustle of Go go go! Embracing this time for me,’ she wrote.

Last year, Elyse told Daily Mail Australia she had moved to Byron Bay from Melbourne with boyfriend Josh Barker while chasing a more sustainable lifestyle for themselves.

Speaking at an event in September, the model explained she’d physically confront strangers that she would see littering in Victoria, before eventually leaving.

‘I just can’t see it being left on the ground. And when they’re dropping rubbish, I think they need to be told off,’ explained the activist.

Elyse and her boyfriend Josh Barker became household names after winning the blockbuster thirteenth season of The Block in 2017.
