It seemed to be perfectly tailored to Kylie’s hourglass curves, cinched at her wrist and it hung perfectly on her body.
Large black gems lined the straps and created a divide down the center of her body.

More color was added to the stunning mini dress, with large orange and blue gems pairing equally next to the black center gems.

Thanking Rousteing for the dress she wrote ‘thank you my love,’ in the caption, adding ‘the most perfect bday dress.’
